Bruce focuses on leveraging large-scale collaboration to design ideas and solve problems. He worked with The University of Queensland as the first Founding Director of the UQ Boilerhouse. Was invited and participated in Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's 2020 Summit, focusing on national productivity. As the Director of an Australian public policy think tank Eidos, engaged hundreds of public institutions, leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators throughout the world. Recently, as an Adjunct Professor at Australia's Griffith University. Author of "MindHive: How Collective Insight Can Create a Better World." As CEO and Founder of Mindhive, he contributed the failures and learnings of decades spent problem-solving in communities, prisons, policy, politics, research, innovation and think tanks to the building of the evolving Mindhive community
